Our annual closure for staff holidays and maintenance is from Wednesday 7th - Wednesday 28th January 2026

These are in addition to, and override the usual terms and conditions.

New Year's Eve Dinner: Full payment by 1st December, in the event of cancellation if we are able to resell your place 50% will be reimbursed.

Room bookings: The usual cancellation of 48 hours will be extended to 14 days from 26th December 2024 - 6th January 2026.

Children sharing their parent's room - under 3 free, 4-12 £50 per night, 13-17 £100 per night.

We encourage guests to take out travel insurance to cover them for unexpected cancellations.
